Service Description
This program will be on holding in certain positions and movements that enhance flexibility and muscle relaxation. This practice targets the deeper layers of muscles, connective tissues such as fascia, tendons & ligaments. Promoting blood flow and prevention of common injuries such as tears. This session corrects muscle imbalances and improve spinal posture. This is important for individuals who spend a lot of time sitting or performing repetitive tasks.

To cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to class session. The coach at Miranda Wellness reserves the right to deny class entry to any individual who appears intoxicated, unwell, not appropriately dressed, exhibits misconduct, or behaves rudely, to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all participants.
